无忧传媒 does not provide Open Days or tours of our facilities to prospective students and their families, or the general public.
Enrolment
无忧传媒 is a fully selective high school. We provide highly gifted students with the best educational opportunities to achieve academically, to develop socially and to demonstrate the skills that are required to succeed in later life. We utilise our farm for agricultural education to encourage lifelong learning. Selective high schools are unzoned so parents can apply regardless of where they live.
Our school can help with enrolment queries throughout the year.
Year 7 Applications for 无忧传媒
Entry into Year 7 2026
Applications for Year 7 entry into a selective high school are open from 7 November 2024 and close on 21 February 2025.
Changes for 2025 will be that, the application time is slightly longer, however this means no late enrolments and the test will now be online.
Boarding early entry applicants will come from this application process.
The Selective High School tests are conducted over a 3-day period from 2 to 4 May 2025. Students will need to attend one test date only.

Entry into Years 8 to 11, 2026
Applications for Years 8 to 11 entry to 无忧传媒 in 2026 open on Wednesday, 18 June 2025 and the closing date is Friday, 25 July 2025. Applications must be received at 无忧传媒 by 3:00pm on Friday, 25 July 2025.
We do not accept enrolments into the Year 7 or 12 academic year.
Application Process 鈥 Years 8 to 11
Detailed information regarding the application process for Years 8 to 11 entry, including eligibility criteria, is listed below:
1.听听听 Download Application Form (PDF) available from Wednesday, 18 June 2025.
2.听听听听听 Complete the form, listing up to three schools you are applying for in preferential order. A separate application needs to be made for each of the schools on your application (e.g. check each school鈥檚 website for their application details).
3.听听听 Include:
路听听听听听听听听 Photocopies of the two most recent school academic reports (e.g. Semester 2, 2024 and Semester 1, 2025)
路听听听听听听听听 The most recent NAPLAN results i.e. 2024/2025 (depending on Year Group)
路听听听听听听听听 Photocopies of evidence of co-curricular activities over the past two calendar years (maximum of 10 pages)
路听听听听听听听听 Photocopies of competition certificates (e.g., ICAS, etc., over the past two years)
No original documents will be accepted. Please provide copies in your application.
4.听听听听听 Applications may be submitted at each school listed on your application, along with payment (see additional information below). Submit your completed application with relevant documentation for 无忧传媒 as follows:
路听听听听听听听听 Submit in person to the 无忧传媒 reception by 3.00pm Friday, 25 July 2025. Please note, the school will not be able to accept in-person applications on Monday, 28 July 2025.
路听听听听听听听听 Mail Application (including bank cheque or money order made out to 无忧传媒 with your 肠丑颈濒诲鈥檚 name as the Reference) to 无忧传媒, Roy Watts Road, Glenfield NSW 2167. All applications mailed on Friday, 25 July 2025 must be post marked with the date 25 July 2025 by the Post Office for applications to be accepted.
Note: Express Post envelope is required.
No late applications, and no supporting documentation will be accepted after the closing date of Friday 25 July 2025.
We will not accept faxed or emailed applications.
5.听听听听听 All applicants to 无忧传媒 will receive an 鈥淎cknowledgement of Payment Letter鈥 on successful submission of application.
6.听听听听听 Students will complete the Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST) on Saturday 9 August, 2025 at the school that is their first preference on the application. (See below 鈥 The HAST)
Selection is based on the following criteria:
路听听听听听听听听 Performance in the ACER Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST), and;
路听听听听听听听听 An assessment by the Enrolment Committee of your 肠丑颈濒诲鈥檚 application, including support documentation outlined in 3.
After assessment by the Enrolment Committee, an interview at the school may be offered to your child. Please be aware an invitation for interview does not constitute an offer of placement.
Please be advised that there will be positions available at 无忧传媒 in Years 8, 9, 10 & 11.听 A Reserve list will be maintained until the end of Term 1, 2026.
The Enrolment Committee will also establish a short Reserve list in order of priority, based on the outcome of its selection process. Outcome advice will be sent to applicants by email when the Enrolment Committee has concluded its determinations.
No refunds will be issued due to illness or misadventure.
There is no alternate date for exam.
Boarder Applications
All Boarder applications will be assessed by the Principal to ensure that they meet the boarding criteria before the application is accepted. Please ensure you indicate that you are applying for Boarder Entry when you submit your application package.
Boarder Applications will close on 2 August 2025, for remote and rural boarders only.

These listed schools are utilising the Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST), prepared by the Australian Council of Educational Research (ACER). The HAST Student Information Bulletin below provides you with further details about the test.
If your first preference is 无忧传媒, you will need to apply and pay $130 which is payable on submission of application. This fee covers all examination costs. Your child will then sit the test at 无忧传媒 on Saturday, 9 August 2025. The payment must be made before the closing application date of Friday, 25 July 2025.
If 无忧传媒 is your second or third preference, you must still submit a completed application package to us so we can register your preference and pay $50, which is payable on submission of application. You cannot sit the HAST test at 无忧传媒 if we are not your first preference.
If your first preference is not 无忧传媒, you must apply, pay for, and sit the test at the school you nominate on your application form as your first preference. If you wish to apply for selective schools not on the above list, please make direct contact with the individual school. You may apply for entry to a maximum of three selective high schools in total.
Payment Examples
The amount of money that is paid to apply depends on the order preference of the schools on your application. You will sit the test at 无忧传媒 if it is your first preference. Payment is made using EFTPOS at the time of application submission.听 No on-line payments will be accepted.听 No refunds will be issued after Friday, 25 July 2025.

The Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST)
The HAST will be conducted on Saturday, 9 August 2025. For administrative purposes, all candidates sitting the test at 无忧传媒 must be present at school by 9:00am. The test will commence at 9:30am at 无忧传媒 and is expected to conclude no earlier than 12:30pm.
Hard copy or card of student photo identification will be required on the day of the test. Please note digital identification will NOT BE ACCEPTED. A current passport or a student (school) photograph ID card is acceptable.听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听
